The overall experience left much to be desired. My daughter's TV didn't work, and maintenance was unresponsive. To make matters worse, I found someone staring at me while I was in the shower. This was not okay.

A such great stay for the price. The hotel with warm rooms, in a fairly nice area, close to waterpark. Amiable, helpful staff with smiling face. Lots of options, great food.

Warm welcomes, cold showers
The staff was cute. The room was spacious and cozy, perfect for our needs.
Unfortunately, the shower was lukewarm. It overshadowed an otherwise pleasant experience at the hotel.

Convenient and inexpensive. Just right for the place we needed to meet.
Had to switch rooms. We were given a smoking room when we had requested NON smoking. Too few towels and insufficient lighting.

The experience here was quite disappointing. Our room was not clean, and we had to request fresh bedding as well as bathroom cleaning before we could settle in for the night. The toilet had streaks on it, and the floor was dirty, which was unacceptable. The cleaning staff who assisted us was very friendly and genuinely apologetic about the state of the room, which I appreciated.
